Wooden Wick Instructions

Wooden wicks can be a challenge. They light and perform differently from standard cotton wicks. Please follow below!

WICK LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS

Trim wick to 1/4".

Tilt candle and light at an angle allowing the flame to cover the whole base of the wick.

​If the flame burns out, relight until it takes. THIS CAN TAKE MULTIPLE TRIES.

​Burn for 4 hours upon first light.

​Burnt wood will NOT burn. Keep wick trimmed and remove charred pieces before relighting.

​Be patient with it!
